biography Mr. Plamen Paskalev was born on September 11, 1968 in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. He was baptised in the Seventh-day Adventist Church on September 22, 1987. In 1993 he graduated with Batchelor of Arts in Musical Education from the Academy of Music and Musical Arts in city of Plovdiv (Bulgaria). He entered the full-time ministry in the SDA Church in 1993. In 1994 he married Dessislava, and now they have two boys - 5 and 8 years old. Until the present time they have served in four churches in the Union of SDA Churches in Bulgaria – in Sofia, in the town of Stamboliyski, and in the cities of Shumen and Vratsa. Since April 2001 until present Plamen Paskalev has been serving in the capacity of Coordinator of the musical activities in the Youth Department of the Union of the SDA Churches in Bulgaria and as Secretary of the Musical Committee of Bulgarian Union since June 2002. |
